Returns Window
offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return through RMA if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (unused).
- In its original packaging with all manuals, cables, and accessories included.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@kbse.com.pk. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Defective/Damaged Items: If the product is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of [e.g., 10%] may apply to high-value items like Trimble or Optoma equipment to cover inspection and re-certification.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
